You may redeem this item once every six months, per character, to unlearn levels of a specific skill. You will be charged a flat number of CAPs for each level removed. Specify the number of levels that you want to remove in the “Quantity” field.

Available XP regained in this manner will be available at your next event to learn skills normally.

You cannot use this item to unlearn Profession Skills or Professions. Requests to unlearn levels of skills that are prerequisites for Professions that your character possesses will be declined.

Impact Skills: 25 CAPs per level (to a maximum of 10 for 250 CAPs)

Development Skills: 50 CAPs per level (to a maximum of 3 for 150 CAPs)
