REFUND POLICY

Effective July 1st, 2026

In order to maintain our expenses, minimize processing fees, and keep our prices low for everyone, event attendees should be aware that all sales are final. In the unfortunate event that we have to cancel an event, full refunds will be offered, in addition to the options below.

We know that circumstances for folks can change, and sometimes people get sick (in fact, we do prefer that if people are sick that they stay home, rather than bring whatever they’re sick with to the game). We are happy to provide the following options to players who can’t make an event they’ve already registered for.

  1. Consider: Can you join us for just the Saturday portion instead? We’ll get you switched to a Day Game pass instead, and we’ll credit any remaining balance to your next DR:CO event.

  2. Push your ticket to the next DR:CO event. We will honor the ticket that you purchased at that date, even if the economy forces us to change prices later.

  3. Donate your ticket to the Star Line program (sponsored tickets for others who need financial assistance) and receive a CAPs reward!

  4. For players with a Standard, Limited, or No Casting tickets, you can “non-attend” the event. You will receive XP for the event as if you had been at the game.

Payments into a donation fund (such as sponsored tickets) or drive (such as campsite support), and Non-Attending tickets, are non-refundable.
