This purchase is for an attending registration for Dystopia Rising: Colorado. If you have an advanced membership this will check in all of your characters for experience.
Our next event will be at Camp Santa Maria in Grant, CO on Friday, July 17th! There are ample bunks in the cabins, which will be first-come/first served. Note that there is no additional cost for staying in a cabin! Some cabins will be reserved for staff, medical sleepers, or other use (e.g., play spaces, mods).
As an Experience Expert, you are taking on the game from the supporting side, either as a full-time NPC or, with training and approval, a full-time Guide. You will also be granted permission to portray one of your checked-in characters when not on NPC or your full-time Guide shift. As your character, you likely won’t be engaging in combat and you won’t have access to the Public Works, but you WILL have the ability to spend your Mind points and Resolve with any other skills or item usage requiring Full Engagement, such as medical skills, removing Fractures, using an Entertainer’s Kit., etc.
If you are a full time NPC, the shifts for this weekend’s event are
Friday, 10 PM - Midnight
Saturday, 9 AM - 1 PM
Saturday, 2 PM - 6 PM
Saturday, 8 PM - Midnight
You may purchase additional XP for this event with the “Extra XP” item.
Please check our website for site details and local expectations, including what you need to do to ensure you’re helping to protect our community against COVID-19.
You may show up at 6 pm to claim a bunk, set up tents, help set up NPC Camp, etc.
Opening Announcements at 9:00 PM! Game will start immediately afterwards (about 9:30 PM)!
Closing Announcements will be at 10:00 AM on Sunday in the Saloon (main dining hall)
ALL ATTENDEES MUST BE OFF SITE BY NOON ON SUNDAY.
