Does your character have a background? Are you interested in it coming into play in unexpected ways? Fill out this form to let the storytelling staff know about it!
A few things you should know:
Filling out this form does not guarantee that your background will come into play. If your looking for a sure way to bring your story into the plot narrative look at CAPs especially the Story Hook Reward.
Filling out this form gives the story writing staff permission to use any implicit elements from your background with out consulting with you first!
If an element is unclear or vague and we want to use it, the story telling staff will reach out to you first before making changes.
Unless you reach out to us, you accept that the writing and ops staff has permission to take narrative control of aspects of your back story that you have submitted, this is not a request to co-write modules that use your backstory (See the caps reward above!)
All this being said, fun and enjoyment of the game is most important. if you are worried about how your character or backstory might be portrayed in a module after the fact, please let us know so we can work to make it right. That being said, if your super picky about how your backstory is portrayed or brought into plot, this is not the form for you! Backstories submitted this way may become living things in the world with NPC’s out of your narrative control!
